8.30am - 11.30am

Monday - Friday

(except public holidays)

Pickup available only for orders over $100

  All pickup time must be arranged before attempting to collect goods, collection time must suit us. Cash or money order accepted on pickup's only. Other special pickup times can also be arranged but please ask before the auction ends.

  Shipping:-

Transit insurance will be offered at the end of all auctions unless you have completed the checkout before us.

Please note if you do not accept to pay transit insurance,

once your item/s leave our warehouse, your item/s will not be covered against loss, damage, missing items or return shipping.

If lost we can provide significant evidence that all items were shipped for your reference.

Travel insurance is 2%  on top of the end total including freight.

• EG. Your item come to $197 and shipping is $11.55, your total will be $208.55.

• $208.55 plus 2% will be $4.17.

• So your total will be $212.72

  Combined Shipping:-

We combine all orders, please email us the items your require & your postcode for an accurate shipping cost.

  Only once your cheque has fully cleared will any goods be released. Cash on pickup only.

Freight insurance is 2% of the end auction value including freight, minimum $5.

We provide a Tax Invoice for all brand new items.

  Refunds:-

We do not offer refunds, but we do offer a credit so you can purchase something else now or at a later date.

This policy is in place as other customers have purchased our products and use for their once off gig and then wanted a refund.

We are not a hire free company!!! Sorry to all those genuine customers.

  Warranty repair costs up to customer (freight, etc), lamps not covered under warranty. All products are tested before being dispatched.
